Please Note: To adhere to a timely process, it may be necessary for us to schedule your online appeal for an Appraisal Review Board hearing before your appeal is reviewed by our appraisal staff. If a settlement offer is made before your scheduled hearing date, you may accept or reject the offer through your online appeal portal or attend your scheduled hearing.

BE PREPARED FOR YOUR PROTEST HEARING:

**Start preparing any evidence or documentation you wish to present at your hearing as soon as you submit your protest to the Appraisal District.

**Appraisal Review Board (ARB) Hearing Schedule letters are mailed or emailed (depending on your elected preference of delivery) approximately two weeks prior to your hearing date. At that point you will have a limited time to prepare for your hearing.

**Reschedules are limited to good cause only (see Protest/Appeal Info tab on the main web page). Not being prepared or not having time to prepare is not considered good cause.

***BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL, SPAM AND/OR JUNK FOLDERS REGULARLY FOR ANY NOTIFICATIONS FROM HAYSCAD IN REGARD TO YOUR ONLINE APPEAL.***
